Pokemon Emerald Description:

Pokemon Emerald is the companion to Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire. Whilst similar to these titles, Pokemon Emerald features all new features and an increased difficulty level to challenge expert gamers.

Major new features include a new area called Battle Frontier and Battle Dome, more challenging gameplay additions and Pokémon battle animations.

Battle Frontier is the latest in trainer challenges. No longer do trainers have only the Battle Tower to test their true skills, the Battle frontier is an entire island with all new battle types and tournaments to test the best Pokémon Trainers. And the new Battle Dome places you in a tournament in which only three Pokemon can participate. The Battle Tube has you select from three entrances and attempt to make your way to a goal.

Players can now catch all three legendary Pokémon - Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza in a new storyline addition. Players must also face both Team Aqua and Team Magma, as this adventure blends the separate storylines of Ruby and Sapphire versions together.
