Before you can get your hands on a copy of Pokemon Heart Gold or Soul Silver you'll have to sit through those in the Land of the Rising Sun tormenting you by playing through the games months before the see the light of day in English regions.
Nintendo of Japan has today announced that Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver will arrive in the region on September 12th, 2009. The games will retail for 4800 Yen, the standard price for DS games in Japan, which means that PokeWalker is thrown in at no extra charge.
We generally have to wait around 6 months for Pokemon games to be released in Australia after Japan; however, there is still hope we'll see an English release in the U.S. before the year is out.
