News \ Assassin's Creed - plot and gameplay

In this prequel to the Xbox360 and PS3 game, Altair is sent to steal the Holy Grail from the Knights Templar.

Altair's hidden blade makes a return, as well as several different swords and daggers and the nasty greek fire ( en.wikipedia.org/ ) for a total of 11 weapons.

Sword combos, free running, information gathering and the three cities of Acre, Damascus and Jerusalem also feature. The information gathering feature sounds particularly interesting, with touch-screen controlled interrogation and pickpocketing.
