1Up have listed their most wanted DS games, including the hook is, and whether they think the game will fly.

Included in the list are the usual suspects of Final Fantasy (both RPG and strategy), Dragon Quest and Kirby franchises.

More surprisingly the list includes a port of a successful browser game, Line Rider, where you draw a line and send your guy down it; and Ninjatown, which is apparently an action/strategy game featuring tres cute ninjas.
