Black Bean Studios and Artematica Entertainment have joined forces to bring an adaptation of a 1962 comic to the DS.

Diabolik: The Original Sin features Diabolik, a ruthless master thief with a penchant for fast cars and hi-tech gadgets. The purpose of the game is to rescue Eva, the only other person Diabolik cares about apart from himself.

Set in a world of love, greed, vengeance and intrigue, the game is said to feature fast-paced combat, stealth and immersive gameplay.

The graphic design is unique and heavily influenced by the original comic, featuring black and white animations, while incorporating 3D graphics.

The game is due to be release in autumn.
