The small but quality game developer NeoPong announced back in 2004 that they would be releasing a side scroller shooter game called World Reborn for the GBA. Destination Software jumped on board as the publisher but never released the game.

The GBA ROM is now freely available for download from the developers website. www.neopong.com/
I have downloaded and played the game on an emulator and it's a well made game.
