Aksys has announced that the Japan only action RPG, From the Abyss is being translated for the west.

Gameplay will feature a randomly generated world for each new journey, stealing skills from your opponents and co-op play. As the Japanese version didn't feature Wifi play, presumably the co-op mode will be local only.

The game is due for release (US) towards the end of the year.
