We have seen some terrible versions of the classic game of SIM City turn up on the DS. EA has announced a new version with enhancements to bring back the excitement.

The game will play similar to Age of empires where you start off in the ancient times and let your city evolve through time into the future. As you go through time you can receive special land marks to place in your city.

Rod Humble, Head of Studio stated "On Nintendo DS, we will give you the ability to make a city develop through time and to overcome the different challenges each era of urban development presents. I know both long-time and new SimCity players will enjoy these innovative experiences in SimCity Creator".

This game is only being released on the Wii and the DS.
The Wii version is totally different again from the DS version.
SIM City Creator is being released in Australia on the 19th of September 2008.
