Dai Nippon Printing has teamed up with AM3 to produce a web site which contains user pays content for the DS. The site named DSvision www.dsvision.jp will allow subscribers to download novels, comics, animation, movies and other content. It does not mention games but this may be covered in the other content.



DSvision are producing their own starter kit flash cartridge with a 512meg microSD card which is already available for pre-order at play-asia. www.play-asia.com/

The setup also includes special software to help the noob transfer content onto the microSD and the flash cart has its own branded OS menu system.
No pricing has been announced as yet. I could not find an exact date as to when the site will start operation but the flash cart is being released as of Jul 03, 2008. As the site has not opened as yet, there is no information regarding using your own flashcard.
