Above is a scan from a Japanese Magazine that shows Character Art for a New Tales Game titled 'Tales of Heart' which is announced in that article. The game will incoporate CG in some way but it is not yet known how.

The Tales franchise has spawned many games for many consoles including a couple for the Nintendo DS but they haven't really seen localisation so there is a chance this does not either.
