We all know that the upcoming Fire Emblem is coming to the Nintendo DS and that it will be a remake of the first Fire Emblem Game but some of these details you may not know, some are new.

- Story: Marth is forced out of the kingdom of Altea when it’s attacked by the empire of Dolua
- Multiplayer battles via wi-fi connection
- new character classes
- new plot elements
- game kicks off with a prologue tutorial where you play as Marth and a few allies leaving Altea
- side-story can be unlocked while playing through, if conditions are met
- new recruitable characters (Etzel: a wizard)

The game has received a release date for August 7th in Japan, expect Nintendo to show it off at E3.
