i feel sorry for em though.. they are a small company trying to make a buck, which they have made quite a few thousand of those bucks im sure , but i dont see that in the end it has really affected nintendo sales that much. for every 1 person that buys an r4 theres prob about millions more that still buy the games.. i would still be one of them but like i said too expencive.

EDIT: not to mention having to wait months later for a game the yanks had those months earlyer.. its the same language why do we have to wait? i understand with ntsc and all that but ds games that have no regions cept japan and usa? cmon.

Exactly, but if they (Ninty et all) want to take a swing at someone it might as well be the people that are facilitating the illegal activity. In much the same way that the music industry (via various recording artists associations) went after file sharing sites like kazaar.

I know it was nintendo, i understand what quotation marks mean. and no i dont agree that it encourages uploading. every console scene uploads....no because the r4 is there lol
