Basically, Nintendo recently just went nuts over trademarks in japan. I'm not sure what that means for this site, since technically this was here first... but we'll see. Here's a full list. If so, nintendo shouldn't have been able to get that trademark. Who knows, if they actually release something called 'myDS', they may act on it. MyMedia has the rights to MyDS.com.au, which is not a product technically so I'm not entirely sure how that all works but I doubt there'll be an issue.
