Ubisoft have announced Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars - The Director's Cut for the Nintendo Wii and DS. A March release has been slated for the title in the US and Europe.

Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars was originally released for the PC in 1996, it was later ported to the GBA and PlayStation. The Directors Cut comes to the Wii & DS with a new narrative "interwoven with the first story," as well as new puzzles especially designed for the Wii's motion sensing and DS touch screen capabilities.

The game has had a complete visual overhaul by Watchmen artist Dave Gibbons. The point and click adventure is back with Broken Sword: The Director’s Cut. Stay tunned for more information!
