I'm left handed and most of the games that I play can be adjusted for left or right handedness. Thats what draws me to the ds the most especially brain training it asks you first up whether you are a lefty or a righty. I'm in my 30's and wouldn't be without my ds

Even thou the DS is designed for right handers, I have see a lot of games that you are able to use the buttons as the D-pad and vice versa. I have even seen games that flip the screen etc to help with this.
