It really depends on the title to be honest is it a quality title? does its controls suit the DS? there are some classic titles out there and to have them updated with better graphics and in the palm of your hand can be great...

It's really good for a lot of people who, through the DS, are discovering the world of Nintendo and other sub-par platforms, and that gaming history. For example, the Final Fantasy / Chrono / Pokemon franchises have been around for decades, and if they hadn't made versions of those for the DS I would never have played them.

However some franchises are just putting out Rubbish assuming, because it's a Mario Bros game, people will buy it.

Mario tennis, half the court on the top screen, half on the bottom screen, get the angles right so that the net is still see able and the screen gap is on your opponents side where the net would obstruct your view.



That would be awesome. The GBA version wasn't all that great but i can see it working on the DS.

But the newer ones end up being cheap rip-offs of the old ones anyway. Except for the occasional good game.
