Sounds like some of you guys may need to take more vitamins and have a well balanced diet and regular exercise, keeping your body in good condition helps prevent sickness, I haven't been sick in ages, had the sniffles for a day but that's about it.

And I highly recommend lemon and ginger tea - 3 to 6 slice fresh ginger, depending on how sharp you like it and 3 or 4 slices of lemon. Tall glass and boiling water. Squish lemon and ginger as required. Top up several times before getting fresh ingredients.
