It would be quite hard to tell. for instance if they're using a Squirtle with a move like earthquake and ur unsure if squirtle learns it u would have to go to a place like marriland.Or if it has unusually high stats when it was a crap attack then yeah. To see or if you can see their summary look closely for the date captured,location, ball,moves,stats,ability and all other things you can hack.
