well blubasaur is grass so he is good agaisnt water
squirtle is water so he is good against fire
charmander is fire so he is good agsint grass
so its kind of like a circle.
pikachu is in there because he is electric and electricity is good agaisnt water ( because grass isnt that effective agaisnt water so it just helps out )

This is my favourite team because it is very well rounded. I think Psychic, Dark, Fighting, is better than Fire, Water, Grass because you can get better moves. Also my Suicune is really good because it has Ice and Water moves which can get me out of basically any situation.
