Gengar:

Ew. Dreameater. People say it's good, but it isnt. TB is great; you're one step ahead of me Shadow Ball, nah. It's only useful for Psychic and Ghost pkmn, really, and who sends gengar against a pokemon who can learn Psychic? =\ I suggest:

Ice Punch
Giga Drain
Hypnosis/Willowisp (Hyp. is better, imo )
TB.
It learns Ice Punch through breeding. It's difficult, but pays off. ICe punch is an egg move.

Luxray: Eh...It's better then Manectric, I guess, and I like it...but it isn't my cup of tea =\ I'd go with...Raichu, maybe?

PokeSav is what people use if they have AR to "hack pokemon". I guess it good unless you make super strong pokemon and cheat or get fake legends.

ohh i like luxray because he owns psychic bad with CRUNCH. and its a phys attack which hes high for.

Torterra - tank and stealth rocker

Luxray - phys sweeper

Geng - spec sweeper

Torterra: If you want a tank, get Skarmory with Spikes/Rest/Sleep Talk (or Drill Peck, depending on EV's)/Whirlwind. I find it much moar effective

Gengar: Eh, I wouldn't say it's a great Spec Sweeper. I spose it is, but I use it when I know someone is gonna use FP or EQ. A great special sweeper is...Uh...Eh, just stick wth Gengar. It gets the job done

4th: Uh...Lucario /seems/ like a good choice for that Maybe even a reversalKin? (Blaziken with Reversal). Seems like your best choice if you give it Flame Thrower/Reversal/Endure/Quickatack.

Goddamn. I sound like a freakin' pokemon guru ._>
