I don't think the one in the SilentOne's video is "un-killable" exactly.. It just got blasted down to the one digit HP. That happens.

I can understand it's third form being that oogly though. It is an alien after all... and Mewtwo was already a genetically mutated alien. Now he just has tentacles.
