You shouldn't encounter too many problems, games are region free so there's no problem there the only thing I can think of is the power although you can easily buy a converter or USB charger.

Yeah the charger that came with mine had two round prongs on it, The seller was nice enough to throw in an Australian plug adapter to convert from prongs to aussie plug. I don't have any hassles and If I wanted I could use my son's charger or buy a charger or just use the USB charger or car charger I have.
