General \ What is found in only Nintendo fans? What we think is great?

Of course Gears of War can be on of the best games, but Is nothing compared to Tales of Symphonia! like if you look at the sales between the Gamecube version and PS2 version, you can see the GC sky rocketing with them sales even till now. What is it that we Nintendo fans have that other companies game-fans (Sony/microsoft) dont have?

Like you can how much DS and its games get critized, yet it is the best handheld? What makes the PSP better yet not successful?

I think many people chose to play Nintendo games for all the 1st party titles which have now had generations of gamers playing them and follow a tried and tested formula which they know makes an enjoyable game. Nintendo know how to make a good fun game that doesn't need to rely on violence or graphics to get people to play them. While they continue to use the same games with the big names they know will sell no matter what they are still the leaders in innovation, just look at the Wii and DS they are taking gaming into new places.

Though different the way society describes systems is by power! ( all of its capabilities etc) But to me DS is the best! I play with it more than I use my Wii!

I completely Agree! But we nintendo fans are the ones who would cry at the end of the game according to the outcome! other platform fans just simply dont show emotions!

Well It started when i was young and my pparents would play the SNEs and I would wait till they finished so I could play, If I entered a store when I was young I would only be intrested in nintendo products on the other hand my Brother will go look at the next biggest thing in gaming ( sony, Microsoft ). The reason why it is so found by many of people all shapes and sizes is because it is gaming and only gaming nothing else. That is what makes me a Nintendo fan, not a media portable brick or a building as my console.
