General \ DS Screen protectors on ipod?

My pod has a little scratch on the screen. I have one of those silicone cases that stupidly doesn't give any protection to the screen. Since I seem to use more of the bottom screen protectors on my DS than the top ones, I was thinking maybe I could put one of my spare ones on my pod!

It's probably a stupid question to ask, but I thought I'd better get someone else's opinion on it before I started sticking things on my ipod screen

It would be fine, right?

Oh you hush! I was just checking! Should of known to just ask you, Mr Sticker man

If it's the right size, or I make it the right size, would it maybe be better to put one of the bottom screen protectors on it? Would that give it extra protection? Or should I just stick to the top one.

It's just, they don't seem to sell screen protectors made especially for the pod - at least not where I am, anyway..

Awwwww, come on, I'm not that stoopid. I may be a woman, but my perception isn't that askew

It's an 80GB Classic. I think the screen's smaller than the DS's. I haven't actually checked. So it's going to hang out the sides a bit...

Do they have screen protectors for the ipod up there in the big land?

Really? For the same kinda thing that we use for our DSs? That doesn't make sense, it's just a little bit of plastic.

I should just get myself a new case, with a screen protector on it. Note to everyone, don't buy the silicone cases. They get crap stuck down in them too easily, the turny wheel doesn't work straight up all the time, they are just crap. But I do like the feel of them.

But I have an extra DS one that I don't really need to use, and I don't like to waste things.
