Software \ Converting to .cbds

Moonshell won't cut it, however ComicBookDS will.

My point is, my computer won't let the pictoDS.exe run as the java is apparently not working right.
Any suggestions on how to rectify this?

try reinstalling java, if that doesn't work then the version of java isn't supported by the program you wish to use.

ive had problems with java in the past, my dad wanted to watch the V8's on bigpond but he had to install a new version of java, but that version of java had a bug which made it incompatible with the server that bigpond uses to stream video. how dumb is that.
