Pokemon FireRed Description:

Remake of the original Game Boy title Pokemon Red. The main objective remains the same: catch and train Pokemon and become the ultimate Pokemon Master. The game enables trading and battling of the original Pokemon that started the craze with the new Sapphire and Ruby editions.

It does include some new features like double battling and also takes use of the GBA's better graphics, colours, lighting, fame checker and a new replay section at the start of your saved game which shows your progress so far.

Also a difference to the original red you can also catch some pokemon that were introduced in gold/silver/crystal as well as the original 150.
