Played some of it this morning, it's actually not too bad.
You have to go into career mode so you know how to use the controls properly, althought its not that hard to figure out.
It uses the touchpad 100% of the time, in the fights you have to pick between light, medium and heavy attacks which then usually involve you moving your stylus in the dirrection of an arrow, or spinning it in a circle to "build" up your attack to strike.
At first it seemed to hinder the flow of the matches but once you get used to it its actually quite decent, although it does still break things up a bit but it works, you ahve to be quick too otherwise your opponent will strike
Graphically its pretty decent, quality wise its above ps1 graphics, better models as well. The game itself weighs in at 64mb, no voice work from the wrestlers which keeps its size down. Only have option in main menu from Exhibition, Career and Options, so no create a wrestler mode, although not that it really needs it as its more of a pick up and play type
