Atari has sent saying that Namco Museum DS has now hit retailers everywhere across Australia and New Zealand. Arcade buffs rejoice!

Namco Museum DS gives gamers a virtual arcade portal where they can choose from eight games: Pac-Man, Pac-Man VS., Galaga, Xevious, Dig Dug II, Galaxian, Mappy, and The Tower of Druaga. Unique features include a screen mode selection that allows the use of different screen combinations according to whether players want to play with a view adapted to the Nintendo DS or in classic arcade style.

Players can also enjoy wireless battles in Pac-Man VS., an addictive take on Pac-Man, the multiplayer classic which was previously only available exclusively with the purchase or pre-order of other previous games. This version of the game features downloadable play where up to four players can battle using only one game card.

So get out in the city streets and get your Pac Man on!
