News \ DSi Release Dates

Yesterday Nintendo announced their DSi along with a release date of November 1st, 2008 for Japan which is only less than a month a way.

Nintendo then announced that the rest of the world would be seeing it sometime in 2009 but didn't specify. Nintendo of Europe and Nintendo of America however have in a statement given when they believe the DSi will be our for their areas.

Nintendo of Europe is expecting it in it's Spring 2009 while Nintendo of America has gone for the late 2009, meaning that America could receive it last.

No release time has been given for Australia.

nooo. why late 2009? that makes no sense in marketing. by that time many of the DSi owners will have purchased one from japan or something like that. nintendo has shown us something really cool but once again they f**k it up.
