at like EB GAMES and GamesWizards or anywhere else (Name Below) could i trade in my Emerald and fire red for the AUS versions because i cant migrate from them and i need the aus versions anyone know a place ? or anyone know how to migrate from USA versions ? i have A Usa Pokemon diamond and 2 usa GBA Pokemon games but i dont have a USA DS lite anyone reply

all i gotta know is a place they would give me the AUS versions to swap around and the Location.

EB games won't trade any overseas titles. They only accept AUS titles. I don't know about any other stores though. I'd expect they'd be the same.

I'm sure I've seen international GBA games at EB. When I asked, they said they didn't care, I think as long as it had English as one of the languages. I'll try to remember to check tomorrow, as a store is just near work.

I also did a quick search (migrate pokemon between ntsc and pal versions) and looks like the US diamond and pearl might accept PAL pokemon. Won't help if you already own an Aus version of D/P though.

I've got a US (imported) copy of Pokemon Diamond & I can confirm that you can migrate from a PAL (local) copy of Fire Red with no problems whatsoever.

i have both fire red and emerald and they both appear to work then i do the migrate thing with the BOX1 or whatever and then i go to either game emerald or fire red and...its not there it dosent say Migrate From .... or ... you know and then i come back to the game fire red or emerald and the save file has been deleted ? i mean WTF

I checked today and the guy at EB said they don't do direct swaps for international games, but trade in is fine. But he also said for GBA games they are only offering $4-5 dollars a game. So it doesn't sound like it's worth it for brand new ones.
