Togekiss is very good if it has been properly trained by its owner so dont go getting one level 100 from the GTS.
Go get a togepi and then train it up from there,I still reccomend picking up a roselia and EV training it in sp def and sp attack.
Its a great pokemon to use in battles for quickly hunting down your opponents pokemon.Togekiss has a variety of moves making it a good pokemon to add to your team.
All up roserade is a very good pokemon to take down stuff and it a great additon to have in your team.
