The R4DS comes with a trimming tool, but you can also get a ROM manager that trims them automatically. Most newer trimmers are wary of download play and Wifi being at the end of the ROM's data, so they avoid trimming until the real end.

Lots of trimmers out there. Just Google for it.

Tokyo Trim and the R4 Trimmer both work about the same. Both I have found are good.

But Tokyo trim can trim a whole folder where the r4 is one at a time.
