Well if you have properly looked into it you would see an in the flesh video, which proofs that there is either a very well amde homebrew version (which no one else can get there hands on!, why would you not realese it to the public!!) or EA made a demo showed it to bungie, bungie rejected it and somehow it ended up in Matts hands!
