I don't have my copy of the game on me, so I can't check the actual score, but it was over 44 million points, level 999 (it doesn't go any higher).

Once you've passed the 200 lines once, it unlocks endless mode. While you can go way past 999 lines and level 999, the counter doesn't go any further. I don't really care if you think I'm talking crap or not. It took me days to get there, and I lost a little bit of my sanity from it!

There is no way to take a screenshot as far as I'm aware of, I think that's what they use cameras for.
