You can't find them, without a hacking device. And the only other way to find it is go to a Nintendo advent over-seas.

Sorry, but you aren't making any sense to me. I'll say it agian, you couldn't have just found it, you need to have a hacking device or go to a Nintendo Event to get Deoxys. So.. how did you get it?
