my thoughts exactly. if you were gonna make a dragon ball character, the lease you would do is make them different.

look at the first picture - it's just goku in a saiyan outfit

your ss2 is just goku's ss3 form in a saiyan outfit

your ss3 is just goku's ss4 with perfect cell's wings in a saiyan outfit

your ss3 "destruction form?" wtf is that? that's not even a form
again, it's just goku's ss4 with perfect cell's wings in a saiyan outfit coloured differently to your "ss3" with some sparks

btw, if he was going from 1 form to another, his clothes wouldn't change a bit


guyver's right - free hand drawing your own characters is a lot better than using some cheapo thing like that
i know cause i used to do this quite a lot, and dragonball characters in particular
