General \ Anyone else use your DS as a phone?

Just a question, anyone use their DS as a phone? Figured it might be less likely in oz as you all pay per phone call, dont have free wifi hotspots (well ones everyone knows about heh), and you also make home callers pay to call cell phones
but it does/will work anywhere, and well, does anyone use it? like it? replace their cell phone with a DS?

I haven't tried it, but it looks interesting. Apparently you need an SIP account with some sort of provider, but i'm not too sure if or how many there are around Australia.
Mobiles are so common and getting cheaper these days that i don't think it'd be worth it replacing your phone with your ds.
