first off what cart are you using?
I use batchdpg v1.2, the best way is to just try different bitrates to see how good u want the quality to be.
width = 256
height = 192
and maybe 25 fps well thats what i do and it turns out alright.
Just try a simple small file maybe off youtube before you start converting massive movies which might end up not working up to scratch.
