Metroid Prime Hunters is amazing to look at but is also amazing on technical level. Honorable mentions must also go to Mario Kart DS and even the flagship game Mario 64.

The up and coming Ninja Gaiden DS looks amazing too.

My favourite game to look at would still have to be Legend of Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass.

Mario Kart and SMB64 had great graphics and are in my top 5 fav games!!! Otherwise Mario and Sonic at the olympics-It may not have the best graphics but they are still pretty good and it is the best game!!! I don't know why everyone hates it...I'm even getting it on wii next week
I personally think that Assasin's creed has horrible graphics, even if it is a good game. Also Metroid Prime isn't too flashy, but it processes a lot to compensate. That's my opinion

Phantom Hourgalss is a beautiful little game, the cel-shaded graphics are perfect for the DS, so that's number one for what I've played.

And the opening cut scene on Final Fantasy III had me gobsmacked the first time I saw it. So pwetty! But that's not the gameplay...
