I wouldn't know what cheats Pokemon offers but I would assume after you've caught all the Pokemon legitimately, got all their moves, finished all the quests and levelled up all your favorite pokemon... the only thing that's left is to battle through wifi.
Other than that, it doesn't seem cheats can offer you much except levelling up your redundant pokemon to level 100.
It's not like Simpsons: Hit and Run where you can finish the game with 100% everything, then finally use major quimby's rocket vehicle without it exploding everytime you hit a tree.
