I have, It's really Easy!

Just go to wiiportal.nintendo-europe.com/
and enter the PIN # from a game that supports it, and follow the easy steps to register!

Soon the program will let you earn cool stuff from buying the game.

The only games that work are two Wii games at the moment, but soon there will be DS ones.
