General \ Help buying puzzle games...

I'm new here, please be kind I do a lot of crossword puzzles etc. and it dawned on me that the Nintendo DS has puzzle games!...der!!! I went to their website and saw that a new crossword game is coming out next month. My question is: what other puzzle/word games are available in the meantime? Thanks.

Just search puzzle ds on google it all comes up

If you want puzzles... get Professor Layton and the Curious Village as wiiman94 suggested. I reckon it's one of the best puzzle games out there. Just to let you know, there are 135 puzzles to solve and a pretty neat story line to follow. Also it hints that a part 2 may come out.

QFT even though I've bought heaps of games since I always end up back at tetris, it's just so addictive!

God I remember in high school having tetris battles on our Texas Instruments calculators, it got pretty heated

Apparently there was some way you could file down a headphone jack and have do calculators talk to each other for a real time battle, never got around to investigating it

prof. layton is nice, but too easy... think they geared it for 8-12 yr olds... the sequel i hope will be much harder!!
