The DS uses flash cards rather than using chips or custom firewire, that's what you use for homebrew, music, movies and the sorts so you don't actually have to void your warranty or anything.

the r4 is still a great card though.. just less functions than most. m3ds real which isnt thaaaaaaaat great but isnt bad either can play gba backups if you purchase the perfect pack. so just look around theres a fair few to chose from.

the m3ds real perfect pack is $87.00 or $117 with the 2 gig micro sd


you can probably find good deals on ebay, but i dont trust ebay for items like this. (my opinion so...)

bamboogaming.cn has some good deals.. they selling r4 without the micro sd for 45 bucks. so your choice matey.

i bought my cyclods evo from them. it and a 4gb microSD only cost me like $120

I personally use the DSTT. Simple, easy to use - if u wanted to use for straight homebrew games. CycloDS offer music, but i personally don't use it. Who would listen mp3 music on a DS anyway? Got my ipod for that.

I recommend DSTT @ bamboo gaming for $35 then buy micro sd separately from www.msy.com.au - believe me it works out cheaper, than buying a combo in bamboo gaming.

Interesting find. I'm guessing it's run by an asian. lol

Several years ago I went to the arcade there and challenged everyone at KOF99 in my high school uniform. I got away with 26 wins in a row (with cheaters on their team pressing my start/taunt button) beating everyone including their best about 4-5 times. wooot!
