MyDS.com.au \ ELSPA threatening legal action against retailers that sell R4 cards

they shouldnt charge that much for something that most likely costs less than 100 dollars to make. in the ds's case 60-70.. and the buyers of the card arnet breaking the law.. i and im sure others aint got the money to keep buying games.. if they charged less for them then maybe id still buy them.

Yes, but it is not Nintendo whose being heavily affected. It is the game companies themselves who suffer the real losses, because they're the ones who agree to create titles for the DS. All Nintendo is doing is supporting game companies and their developers.
