I think my mom told me something about a school where elementary students had to play DS in the morning.. like those training games, I think it may be a good way to add to the motivation of learning with kids.
But you're speaking about just bringing it to school just for playing other games?
I personally don't think it's a very good idea to bring it to school.. depends on the school also I guess. My reasons being:
1. Not everyone has a DS and yeah it's unfair to the kids who can't really afford to get one - they have to watch everyone play and feel left out all the time.
2. It could get stolen/broken/lost
3. There is soo much fun things to do in primary school.. DS can be played anywhere else at anytime, when you're bored.. I dunno about highschool though, it can get heaps boring there sometimes - but still I believe it's better to socialize with your friends or do studying while you're at school.
