This isn't strictly a "brain training" game, more like a story combined with puzzles and logic... but Professor Layton and the Curious Village is an AWESOME game. Has hundreds of puzzles that are mostly logic type ones, but it's heaps of fun and since it has a storyline it really keeps you involved
