EDIT: I really want Castlevania Judgement on Wii, hence the Avy.

> Castlevania: Circle of the Moon (GBA)
> Play some old school classics like Castlevania Dracula X (SNES, or the remake for PSP).
> On DS, play Portrait of Ruin, or Dawn of Sorrow (before you start playing DoS, play Aria of Sorrow on GBA).

You also (HAVE) to play Symphony of the Night (the original was relesead for PSOne, but you can play it on the 360 too). It's hardcore, but it's amazing!!
