ok well first get the cheat code editor from the disc or a site then get the action replay code manager install that then open it now it should say euro or usa get the games codes onto a code list then go into cheat code editor go to file import xml file go to your system datel codelists local code list and import it should come up with the codelist hit save then go to the root of ur sd and save it to urscheat then go into ur r4 on the ds hit y and the cheats for the game should come up hope that helps

1. Find the cheat code, I often go to Japanese site to search my target.
2. Do as what 123delta98 says.
3. DSTT R4 uses the same kind of code
