Umm. This source you've linked got it so wrong. Alexei Karpenko isn't using a PassMe (and he didn't create the PassMe, either). He's using his own invention, the DSerial. It's essentially an I/O interface for the DS. Whether the DSerial has NoPass or PassMe built-in is another matter.
