I really should have removed the choice band from Metagross, you should have heard the crowd yell out when I used earthquake on a togekiss in the final battle (due to choice band)

choice band is +50% attack but you can only use one move. I did earthquake, and when my opponent switched out to a flying type, I still had to use earthquake
